1.
Order
1.1.
The Customer orders the Artistic work through any form of written communication, including email, letter, or internet communication, allowing for clear identification of the Customer. Regardless of the method of communication used when ordering the Artistic work, the confirmed order becomes binding.
1.2.
The order is considered accepted only when the Author issues a written acceptance of the order (in the form of the supplier's order confirmation form) and the Customer pays the advance invoice presented by the Author in the amount of 60% of the work's price.
1.3.
All samples, drawings, descriptions, sketches, or visualizations created by the author, as well as any visualizations contained in the author's catalogs or brochures, are created solely to provide a rough idea of the Copyrighted work referenced therein.

2.
The original work
2.1.
The author's work is described on the Author's website www.jirikrejcirik.com, including customizations requested by the Client.
2.2.
The author reserves the right to modify any custom instructions from the Customer if these are not in compliance with legal or regulatory requirements. In such cases, the author is obliged to inform the Customer of this fact.
3.
Doručení
3.1.
Upon completion of the work, the author informs the client of this fact. The author sends detailed photographs of the work to the client and invites them to pay the remaining balance for the piece.
3.2.
The Customer can arrange their own transport or use the Author's services for the delivery of the work. If the Customer chooses to arrange their own transport, they can pick up the product at the specified address after paying 100% of the price of the work.
3,3.
In the event that the transportation is arranged by the author, the commissioned work will be delivered to the Customer in appropriate packaging to prevent any damage to the Artwork during transit to its destination. For international deliveries, the Customer is required to specify any certification requirements for the packaging along with the order. These certifications are not included in the shipping cost.
3.4.
The author will ensure that each delivery of the Author's work is accompanied by a shipping label containing the delivery address and the final invoice. The invoice must include the price of the work, the order date, and all relevant reference numbers for the Customer and the Author. The packing list includes a description of the type and quantity of the Author's work and any special delivery instructions (if applicable).
3,5.
The author will deliver the Author's work via a shipping company to the location specified in the Order or to another location agreed upon by the parties (Delivery Location) at any time after the Supplier informs the Customer that the Author's work is ready for dispatch. The Customer is responsible for related import duties and applicable taxes, which are not included in the price of the Author's work.
3.6.
The delivery is completed upon the unloading of the Artwork at the Place of Delivery.
3.7.
Any data and/or delivery times specified for delivery, as stated in the sales order form, are approximate and for reference only and depend on the availability of the Author's work and production schedules.
4.
Cena a způsob platby
4.1.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Customer and the Author, all Orders are subject to full payment in advance.
4.2.
An advance payment of 60% based on the price of the Artwork as determined by the confirmed order of the Artwork is invoiced to the Customer. The remaining 40% will be paid by the Customer before the shipment or collection of the artwork, based on the Author's tax document.
4.3.
The price of the Work of Art does not include amounts regarding the value-added tax (VAT), which the customer is additionally obliged to pay the supplier at the prevailing rate if they receive a valid VAT invoice. It also does not include shipping costs or charges associated with import duties, costs of any applicable import forms (including for the EU), and relevant taxes, which will be invoiced to the customer.
4.4.
The author reserves the right to periodically update the price list from time to time.
4.5.
A payment is considered complete when the entire amount due to the author is credited to the author's bank account. The client shall make the payment in accordance with the written instructions from the author directed to the specified bank account.
5.
Requirements and Warranty
5.1.
The author will ensure that the artistic work to be delivered to the customer is free from defects before it is dispatched.
5.2.
The customer is obliged to carefully inspect the received work of art immediately for any obvious quality defects or discrepancies with the order (such as quantity issues).
1.3.
Any claims for apparent qualitative defects or quantity defects must be made to the author of the work no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the work. Claims made after 14 days from the delivery of the work may be rejected by the author.

This warranty does not cover minor deviations from the agreed specifications.

The warranty also does not cover works that, in the author's opinion, have been subjected to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation and maintenance, alterations, attempted repairs, neglect, incorrect use, or accidents.

Any claims must be submitted in writing (by email or letter) and must be supported by a detailed description and relevant documents, including photos or videos if applicable. If defects in the work are alleged, the buyer shall, at the author's request, attach the defective work in appropriate packaging to prevent further damage.

The author does not assume any further guarantees or obligations unless expressly agreed upon in the order.

Autor's Artwork Lamp: Používání výrobku k jiným než určeným účelům a v rozporu s doporučeními autora je z bezpečnostních důvodů a z důvodu ztráty záruky zakázáno. Lampa je elektrickým zařízením, proto je nutné všechny montážní, údržbářské a čisticí operace provádět vždy na vypnuté lampě. Veškeré zásahy do elektroinstalace lampy, včetně jejího připojení, má právo provádět výhradně kvalifikovaný elektrikář. Je třeba zabránit manipulaci s lampou a jejími částmi dětmi a osobami se sníženými smyslovými a psychickými schopnostmi, protože výrobek obsahuje malé a křehké díly, které mohou být pro ně při manipulaci nebo pozření nebezpečné.
Při sestavování a montáži lampy je třeba dodržovat následující postupy:
Po rozbalení nejprve zkontrolujte, zda během přepravy nedošlo k poškození a zda je lampa kompletní. V případě, že došlo k poškození během přepravy, je nutné se ihned obrátit na autora díla, protože pozdější reklamace z těchto důvodů nebude možné akceptovat. Sestavování lampy je nutné provádět tak, že elektroinstalační propojení a následné připojení k síti má právo provést pouze kvalifikovaný elektrikář. Elektrická instalace musí respektovat a splňovat požadavky a předpisy v zemi použití! Je třeba zkontrolovat, zda údaj na typovém štítku odpovídá napětí v elektrické síti. Nelze se pokoušet provozovat lampu s jiným napětím! Při výběru kotevního materiálu je vždy nutné zohlednit konstrukci stropu, do kterého je lampa připevňována, a platné technické normy. V případě potřeby je možné použít alternativní způsob uchycení (např. chemická kotva atd.), odpovídající dané situaci a uvedené hmotnosti lampy.
Autor nepřebírá zodpovědnost za vady způsobené neodborným nebo neopatrným zacházením. Týká se to jak samotné instalace světelného objektu, tak následné údržby a případných oprav. Pokud instalaci nebo jakýkoliv jiný zásah do lampy prováděl necertifikovaný odborník, nelze uplatnit následnou reklamaci u autora.

Original Furniture Work: During the assembly and maintenance of furniture, it is essential to follow the author's recommendations. The author reserves the right to provide assembly instructions for putting the piece together. Furniture should not be cleaned with abrasive or chemical cleaning agents. It can be washed only with clean water, or optionally, soapy water. For cleaning, a nano sponge with clean water is recommended. The author does not accept responsibility for defects caused by improper or negligent handling. This applies to both the assembly upon delivery of the piece and subsequent maintenance and any repairs.
3.
Liability and Compensation
3.1.
The author’s liability is limited to direct damages to the work itself and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, in no case exceeds the amount paid by the buyer for the given work.
