Once you send your inquiry, we’ll get back to you via e-mail. Together, we’ll discuss the details of your order and other potential requirements. We’ll prepare a price calculation for your specific inquiry.

As soon as we confirm the order and its price, we’ll send you a deposit invoice. Once this amount is paid, your order is confirmed and the manufacturing process begins. We’ll confirm the estimated lead time.

We’re closely supervising the manufacturing process, sending you updates and photos along the way.

Once the object is ready, we’ll invoice the rest of the total price and the respective shipping fee. As soon as we receive the payment, we’ll ship the object.

Your object will come with our Certificate of Artwork Authenticity, ensuring its edition and origin.

How long does manufacturing take?
The lead times vary, because we carefully hand-craft every object upon order. Typically, the lead times start at 8 weeks.
What materials do you use?
For all projects, we always source top-tier and timeless natural materials:wood, glass, stone, metal.
Are any objects in stock?
Unless specified directly in the Shop page, all objects are only hand-crafted upon request.
Can I request custom dimensions of an Open Edition piece?
Some pieces can be customized. If you have specific requests, please include them in the inquiry form to discuss feasibility and pricing.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes—we ship worldwide, but the costs and delivery times depend on your location and the size of the piece.
How are objects packaged for international shipping?
We typically ship our objects in a custom-made box to ensure they arrive safely and in pristine condition.
Can we request a custom color?
Yes, some objects can be customized in color—please specify the RAL or NCS shade and we will create a sample for an additional fee.
Certificate of Artwork Authenticity
We make each object only upon request and deliver it with a Certificate of Artwork Authenticity that vouches for its origin. Together with master artisans, we hand-craft your piece locally in the Czech Republic. With top-tier natural materials and delicate joinery details, your new object will honor craftsmanship for many and many years to come. You’ll understand as time goes by.
